Everything worked out of the box; smart features are nice, Netflix HD looks great. Wireless connectivity was flawless but I did switch to Ethernet just for performance. Perfect synchronization with my LG television using their SimpLink interface, allowed me to use a single remote. The 3D performance is better than I expected.

BP620 BluRay player was in used and beaten box marked "reconditioned" that had me doubting its condition. The unit, however, seems new and it worked as expected when plugged in as an inexpensive 3D player. I hope I'll feel the same way in one year,

LG BP620 3D Blu-ray Disc Player 1080p w/ Smart TV and Wireless Connectivity Referb that I purchased was in good working order and easy to setup. The only problem was that the batteries were dead in the remote and it took a bit of time to locate that problem.

This blue ray player has everything you could ask for in a modern player. Best of all it just works which is all I really wanted it for. I won't use the smart features since I already have a smart tv. But the 3d is great and the menu GUI is the best I have seen. I also love the remote and how intuitive everything is, from now on I am only buying LG

This LG 3D SmartTv BluRay player was advertised as refurbished with a price tag of half what the lowest sale price is out there. The box it arrived in was labeled refurbished--and that was the only sign of it looking like a refurbished item. I recently purchased a refurbished computer from NewEgg that definitely had a used look to it which is what I expect when purchasing refurbs. This player looks absolutely NEW, works perfectly on every function, and it has been used daily.

No browser capability 2/20/2013
Although the Blu-Ray player has wireless internet capability, it's limited to local network and subscription streaming services (except for some YouTube videos). Apparently there's no browser to access networks, Hulu, etc for non-subscription TV show repeats or to do routine video searching.

I moved furnture, tv,audio ,wires pluged in hooked up all Put everything back together . what a pain.... but I am ready to set up and watch a movie. point remote push power NOTHING HAPPENS. Oh Man o man. I checked batteries in remote took them out wiped em off. placed them in remote. NOTHING... I try to turn on at unit...it came on.yea. I got two new batteries for remote and has worked fine. I do suggest you wipe/clean the dvd before you play them. SO far great picture and sound WiFi great

I have been looking at wi-fi blu-ray players for awhile and found that most under $200 had poor reviews. I thought I would take a chance on this refurbished LG because the price was so low. It arrived in 2 days and looked brand new. It was easy to set-up and could access apps like Pandora and Utube via wi-fi right away. Played a couple of blu-ray discs this weekend and they looked great. I just installed the Nero 4 software so I can access my home network. Have to see how that works.
