I knew this model didn't produce much base from other reviewers, but for the price(50) it was an unbeatable deal. It's exactly what I was looking for, a high quality speaker that's super convenient to use with any bluetooth device.

This sound bar is in desperate need of an additional Sub. I purchased refurbished for a very low price so is was a decent value but only slightly better than the TV's internal speakers. I'll be searching for another sound bar with separate sub to go in it's place... Moved it to the Garage to listen to the iPhone while I work on my cars

Just what I needed for my 55" Smart TV. The bluetooth technology was an added bonus. It was easy to mount on the wall below my TV. For a referbished item, it was like new. The sound quality is far better than my TV. I would definitly recommend it to anyone .

I thought I would match this up with my desktop computer which happens to have Bluetooth. The product description does indicate it could not be used by USB connection to a computer, but I can now say its a poor match even for a computer with Bluetooth, with which this product is equipped.

I am very keen with electronics and a sound enthusiast, i did not expect bass from this at all and in fact all i did expect was the bar to enhance my t.v's sound as the speakers on the t.v are in back of the t.v and i have it mounted on a wall so it is very low. Buying the sound bar would fix that for me. When LG says 160 watts, i have to question LG! where is it?. This sound bar is more than likely not even 10 watts. My t.v is rated 10 and it's louder than the sound bar. Very disappointing LG!!

Obviously the bass is not really there because there is no sub. I opted for this model and I'm happy with my purchase because I like that it has digital optical audio in, as well as Bluetooth pairing to my laptops, tablets, and phone. Sound quality is not very far above that of the TV itself, but it is better nonetheless, and the additional placement and connectivity capabilities make it worth the purchase.

I purchased this soundbar because of bluetooth connectivity. I did not expect the sound quality to be any less than my LG LED set. It is, in fact, capable of sounding better than the internal speakers of the set. My main reason for using the soundbar is for late nite listening. Mounting the unit between my rear surround speakers, I can have the sound at a low level instead of using ear buds or headphones.

I was Black Friday weekend shopping online when I came across a deal for this LG Soundbar for $50 with free shipping. As most deals were time restricted I didn't spend my usual time researching the product and checking the reviews as I think it showed a high rating from the deal. My advice is to do your research and pay more for something you know will fit your needs. I'm disappointed in this product's performance as well as the way in which the product was shipped by the seller w/o batteries.

I got this on sale far below retail and sale prices on the internet (by 60% or more). It's not a super sound system, so don't expect that you'll get the effects without a real subwoofer. But it's got the right touch and makes a huge difference! It's perfect for an office, but we are using it in the dining room placed on top of an upright piano because it was a bit too wide to fit on corner desks. Setup was instantaneous! It would be really nice if LG sells a Bluetooth subwoofer separately. HINT!

This soundbar does everything you could want! USB- Just load all your music on a flash drive and play all your favorite songs! It has a file/folder and even displays the album titles. Bluetooth- Play songs from your bluetooth device. 3.5mm jack- Play just about anything that doesn't have bluetooth capabilities. 2 Optical inputs- Allows you to connect several devices independently such as a blu-ray and tv at the same time. The design is sharp and the sound is pretty decent for the price.

Great Crisp/Clear Sound to Max Vol, nice 3D effects, easy menus w/ no setup required plug pwr and go! I got this for the wireless BlueTooth (BT) connection with Iphone/Ipod and it works GREAT! BT doesn't connect automatically each time (have to select "connect LG Speaker" from Iphone/Ipod BT) but links and plays from anywhere/system in the room. I don't have fiber sys to use (x2 ports) but standard stereo headphone jack is good. I have yet to experiment with the MP3 file playing from USB stick.

Was looking for a mid range sound bar for a friend who is not tech-savy. I did not want the subwoofer because of space limitations so I took a look at the LG which has fantatastic features for the price. Aside from the surround sound and display the sound bar also features bluetooth connectivity which funny enough turned out to be the feature most used. I was surprised at the clarity and volume that this device delivers. Great value, highly recommended.

The LG sound bar sounds very good for the price. I often here that you get what you pay for, Well this time I got alot more than that. The only problem I have with it is were they put the connection for the audio wire. pretty hard to plug into. Other than that its a sweet deal.

I bought this as an impulse because of a good price (Black Friday and such), thinking that it would be awesome. I was wrong - and other reviews told me that before I even got the package. The audio doesn't suck for watching Netflix and Movies (I use a PS3, connected to a projector via HDMI and then filtered out via headphone cable to the speakers) - though it's really no replacement for a real surround setup. Music is terrible through this. It sounds worse than my phone speakers...

Only took a few minutes of reading the manual to get the Bluetooth to work. Probably could have done it sans manual, but I'm new to Bluetooth with it's "pairing" devices and so forth. Sound is good -- not room-filling perhaps, but satisfactory. (Our room is 20x30 feet.) we're happy with it, particularly for the price.

Sounds excellent through my ps3 with the audio set on DTS output. Unfortunately through my LG 47 CM565 optical out, sound is very weak. Wanted this mostly for movies and games so I'm satisfied. Works great with my galaxy S3 for bluetooth audio streaming as well!

not a lot of bass, but it is only a bar. pretty good sound. I was only looking to improve TV audio
